Returns & Refunds Policy of Ellora Books

At Ellora Books, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our returns and refunds policy below for both digital and physical products.

1. Returns and Refunds for Digital Products (E-Books)

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds for e-books are not possible once the download or access has been initiated. By purchasing an e-book, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to cancellation once the download has begun, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

If you encounter any issues with your e-book (e.g., file corruption or download problems), please contact us at info.designlibrary@gmail.com, and we will assist you promptly.

2. Returns and Refunds for Physical Products

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without providing a reason. The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods, or when a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us via email at info.designlibrary@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision.

Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

• The goods must be in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns for:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired.

• Goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.

• Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that do not meet these conditions.

3. Reimbursement

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund no later than 30 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

4. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning physical goods to us. Please use an insured and trackable mail service to avoid damage or loss during shipment. Returns should be sent to:

5. Gift Returns

If the goods were marked as a gift during purchase, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the goods were not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
